Price Includes:
Turnover cleaning: Full guest-ready cleaning of the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, common areas, surfaces, & floors. Restage for the next guest. Airbnb/Vrbo-ready standards
Laundry care (1 load onsite): Washing, drying, and resetting one standard load of bed linens and towels using the onsite washer and dryer (Host provides detergent).
Off-site Laundry & Linen service available upon request (billed separately).
Amenity Starter Kit: One starter kit with basic guest supplies (restocking toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand and dish soap). Additional kits billed separately.
Quick Quality Check: After cleaning, a quality control check is performed to ensure the property is clean, properly staged, and guest-ready. (checklist + photo updates)
